Franklin Partners has purchased 1340 Monroe Avenue NW, a 375,000-square-foot office building in Grand Rapids, Mich.
“We saw great opportunity, a desirable location, site size, parking and the quality of the existing structure,” said Don Shoemaker, managing partner for Franklin Partners, in a written statement. “We are excited to get creative with this one.”
There is no set uses for the building yet. But Franklin Partners’ officials say that the property, after renovations, will include collaborative work spaces, an on-site restaurant, fitness center, conference room and ample parking.
