Franklin Partners has solidified leases that will occupy over 164,388 square feet at The Shuman, a five-story office building located at 263 Shuman Boulevard in Naperville, Illinois.

This was largely in part from the support and assistance from Mayor Steve Chirico, Christine Jefferies and the city of Naperville building department.”
Executed leases include Brown & Brown Insurance, 10,238 square feet; Derick Dermatology: 9,076 square feet; Philadelphia Insurance: 22,852 square feet; 3WON: 9,879 square feet; Securitas Electronic Security, Inc.: 5,028 square feet; SkyBridge / Law Offices A.E. Gustafsson, P.C.: 5,777 square feet; Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated: 8,363 square feet and CIMC Capital: 1,565 square feet. There are approximately 150,000 square feet remaining in the class A asset.
