Professional services firm BDO has joined the roster of employers at 5300 Patterson Avenue in Grand Rapids Michigan, a building owned by Franklin Partners.
BDO is occupying 35,000 square feet at the newly renovated office building. BDO’s 211-person Grand Rapids business service center is now calling the building home.
Franklin Partners has invested in a significant renovation of 5300 Patterson to transform it into a top Class-A office building. In 2014, an industrial portion of the property was separated from the office building to create two standalone properties. The main lobby and common areas were upgraded with high-end finishes.
Amenities include an on-site cafe and bank, a tenant-only fitness center and shared collaborative spaces.
Now that BDO has signed its lease, the 140,000-square-foot building is 95 percent occupied.
