Franklin Partners is taking on a $3.5 million Class-A office renovation project at 25 Ottawa in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Franklin Partners will transform the 105,700-square-foot building into a high-end office and retail space with the help of construction partner Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. and architectural partner Wright Heerema Architects.
This project marks the second downtown Grand Rapids building renovation tackled by Franklin Partners.
25 Ottawa is located in the popular Grand Rapids’ Arena District. The six-story building will see renovations to its exterior facade, interior lobby and shared tenant areas.
