Franklin Property Corporation, on behalf of Hunter Pasteur Homes, broke ground on land development improvements for Gramercy Ridge, a luxury 52-unit condominium development in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
The development features homes from $400,000 and up.
Home construction will begin in October 2020. Franklin Property Corporation was retained to manage the municipal entitlement process and land development.
