Fresh Thyme Farmers Market leased 25,000 square feet in Cress Creek Square at 790-796 Royal St. George Drive in Naperville from Arthur Goldner & Associates Inc. The space will be vacated by Office Max and the grocer plans to open in 2015.
Cress Creek Square is located at the southeast corner of Ogden Avenue and Royal St. George Drive near Naperville North High School and Cress Creek Country Club. The center already hosts such tenants as Binny’s, Blast Fitness and Car Quest as well as several smaller lifestyle stores and restaurants.
Fresh Thyme Farmers Markets is a new full-service specialty retailer focusing on fresh, healthy, natural and organic offerings. The stores’ signature offering is an extensive produce department with organic and local fruits and vegetables. In addition, Fresh Thyme’s full-service offerings include a natural meat department, healthy deli foods to go, bakery goods, 400 bulk food bins, natural and organic groceries, dairy and frozen, as well as vitamins and body care products.
