Alan Stern, a vice president at Friedman Real Estate, and Michele Rosenblum, vice president at Dominion Real Estate Advisors, negotiated a lease for Crunch Fitness’s seventh Michigan location. The lease includes a 22,489-square-foot building at 4998 Dixie Highway in Waterford, Michigan.
This is the seventh location for Crunch Fitness in the state, with additional locations expected in Michigan to come.
