Alan Stern, a vice pesident at Friedman Real Estate, and Michele Rosenblum, vice president at Dominion Real Estate Advisors, negotiated the signing of Crunch Fitness to lease a 27,835-square-foot building at 2535 E. Grand River in Lansing, Michigan.
The new Crunch Fitness location is located nearly 1 mile from Lansing’s Michigan State University.
This is the seventh location in Michigan, with anticipation for additional facilities to come.
