Steve Eisenshtadt with Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions in Farmington Hills, Michigan, earned a post on the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ Top 100 Office Transactions list of 2015.
Eisenshtadt secured the 88th sport on the list with the lease of 71,289 square feet of office at 38705 Seven Mile Road in Livonia, Michigan. The deal closed in January of 2015. WorkForce Software leases the space for its company headquarters.
