Steven Silverman, an associate with Friedman, represented the tenant, Redberry Resto Brands, in this transaction.
Redberry Resto Brands operates more than 130 Pizza Hut locations in the United States and Canada.
Pizza Hut closed and consolidated its two large restaurants in Waterford into a smaller footprint to focus more on takeout and delivery services. The new Waterford store opened during the first week of June.
