Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated the lease of two new office spaces for Ellis Porter. The first lease, an 8,270-square-foot office space in PNC Tower at 755 W. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan. The landlord, 755 Tower Associates LLC, leased the space to Ellis Porter PLC.
The second lease was a 3,236-square-foot office space located at 2211 Old Earhart in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The landlord, CLF Ann Arbor LLC, leased the space to Ellis Porter PLC.
