Friedman Communities, a Friedman Real Estate company, has been engaged as the receiver and manager for Mount Vernon Village Apartments, a 124-unit apartment community located in Lima, Ohio.
The 124-unit multifamily asset includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom garden-style apartments ranging from 700 square feet to 1,160 square feet. The property includes spacious floor plans with oversized closets, on-site laundry, a playground, and on-site management and maintenance.
Friedman will stabilize and preserve the property, conduct a comprehensive property evaluation, determine capital needs, and prepare a strategy for maximizing the value of the property in preparation.
