Alan Stern, a vice president at Friedman Real Estate, and Michele Rosenblum, vice president at Dominion Real Estate Advisors, negotiated a lease for Crunch Fitness’s fourth Michigan location. The lease includes a 29,200-square-foot building at 21592 Ecorse Road in Taylor, Michigan.
This is just the fourth location with additional location expected in Michigan in the months ahead.
Crunch has more than 1 million members in more than 160 locations.
