Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions helped an auto parts supplier find a new home in Troy, Mich.
Magna International, a global supplier of technologically advanced automotive systems, has leased 117,319 square feet of Class-A office space at 750 Tower Drive in Troy.
David Friedman and Robert Gagniuk represented the landlord in this lease transaction.
Magna International is moving to the North Troy Corporate Park in an effort to keep its headquarters in this Michigan city.
“Our U.S. headquarters has been in the Troy area for more than 15 years now,” said Jim Tobin, the company’s chief marketing officer in a written statement. “It was important to us to stay in this area and find a suitable office location that could accommodate an increased staff.”
