Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold Blankenbaker Place in Louisville. The seller, CMLT 2008-LSI Retail 1901, sold the property to Greg Crawford LLC at auction.
Blankenbaker Place is a 26,441-square-foot retail center. Built in 1999, the center is made up of one single-story retail building. The property is currently more than 67 percent occupied.
Tenants include MainSource Bank, Penn Station Subs, Creative Nails and Republic Finance.
