Barry Swatsenbarg and Rich Deptula of Friedman will represent the seller at auction.
Kelly Empire Plaza is a .53-acre retail site located at 22421-22445 Kelly Road in Eastpointe. The center is 88.7 percent occupied, with some tenants who have occupied space since 1997.
