Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions will be auctioning two properties on April 29: Vanguard Center, a 112,610-square-foot office building in Southfield, Michigan, and Americas Best Value Inn & Suites, a 158-room full-service hotel in Saginaw, Michigan.
Barry Swatsenbarg and Rich Deptula will represent the seller at auction.
Vanguard Center is a multi-tenant office building that is 85 percent occupied and located in the heart of Southfield’s office submarket.
Americas Best Value Inn – Saginaw South is located with immediate highway visibility off of Interstate-75/US-23, with surrounding traffic counts of more than 50,000 vehicles per day. It is located less than a mile west of Nexteer Automotive’s Global Headquarters and manufacturing, testing and engineering center.
