Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions successfully auctioned four properties — three of which were REO — totaling more 150,000 square feet in Arizona, Kentucky and Indiana.
The properties include 2525 Fort Campbell, a retail shopping center in Hopkinsville, Ken.; 1414 West Thompson, a White Castle in Indianapolis; 10224 Rockville, a retail center in Avon, Ind.; and 538 South Gilbert Road, a neighborhood retail center in Gilbert, Ariz.
The properties were auctioned by Friedman’s Barry Swatsenbarg, Rich Deptula and David Cohen.
The four properties were auctioned on Auction.com, an online real estate auction platform.
