Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, after completing significant improvements to the properties, has helped increase the occupancy rates at Laurel Office Park I and III in Livonia, Mich., to 73 percent.
Friedman officials expect that rate to rise even higher, to 85 percent, by the end of the year.
Laurel Office Park I and III are 339,300-square-foot multi-tenant office complexes at 17177 and 17197 Laurel Park Drive in Livonia. Friedman was awarded leasing and management operations of the towers in 2010.
