Development Management Associates (DMA) has signed a long-term lease for 5,532 square feet on the 10th floor of The Wrigley Building‘s north tower, 410 N. Michigan Avenue, in Chicago.
The company, previously at 1201 N. Clark St., now has eastern views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. DMA chose the location for its premier location, high-end finishes and the stature of The Wrigley Building in Chicago architecture and history. It will move into its new space in April 2016.
Bradford Allen Realty Services‘ Craig Nadborne and John Skalla represented DMA in its site selection, financial analysis and negotiations. Karin Kraai of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) represented building ownership.
