Detroit’s Central Business District is adding yet another company to its portfolio. Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions opened a new office downtown in the 1001 Woodward building.
Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions will be joining current 1001 Woodward occupants GalaxE solutions, Meridian Health Plan, the University of Phoenix and the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments.
The new 2,493-square-foot office will host Friedman’s Detroit brokerage team, a group of experienced real estate professionals who specialize in helping clients buy, sell, lease and invest in all types of commercial property within the city of Detroit.
“With all of our active involvement in the shaping of Detroit’s real estate landscape, we felt it was essential to open a full-time office to better serve the needs of our clients,” said David Friedman, president and chief executive officer of Friedman Integrated Estate Solutions.
