ACY Realty Company recently sold a nearly 8,000-square-foot retail strip center at 3784-3788 McKelvey Road in Bridgeton, Missouri. The multi-tenant office was purchased by Finally II, LLC for $190,000. This is the third property sold for ACY Realty Company by Hilliker Corporation broker Frank Yocum within the past two years.
Bailey Insurance recently rented a 1,100-square-foot space, and an existing call center tenant plans to move to a larger 1,400-square-foot space at the property.
Hilliker Corporation broker Frank Yocum represented the seller, ACY Realty Company and Hilliker Corporation broker Hal Ball represented the buyer, Finally II, LLC. Hilliker Corporation broker Rebecca Suen will assist with finding new tenants for the center.
