Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold the Courtyard Shopping Center, a 17,873-square-foot retail strip center located at 32500 – 32522 Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills, Mich.

Courtyard was built in 1989 on 1.86 acres of land, and sits within a dominant Farmington Hills retail district in southern Oakland County. Currently 92.8-percent occupied, the center’s tenants have established a strong presence in the trade area and serve an affluent client base.

Barry Swatsenbarg, national director of investment and loan sale advisory services, and Rich Deptula, senior vice president of investment and loan sale advisory services, with Friedman represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
