Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold a 24,898-square-foot industrial building at 46555 Humboldt Drive Road in Novi, Michigan.
The seller, Torchlight Loan Services, LLC – BACM 2006-2 Novi industrial, LLC, sold the building to Sigma Phi Properties Inc.
Sigma Phi Properties Inc. purchased the property that was 100 percent occupied by three tenants for investment purposes.
