Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently assisted a buyer in the purchase of a 26,310-square-foot industrial building at 1949 Rochester Industrial Drive in Rochester Hills, Mich.
The buyer was G & M Gutter, which outgrew its location in Auburn Hills, Mich., and tripled the size of its space with this acquisition.
G & M Gutter is a family business that specializes in roofing, siding and gutter installation, replacement and maintenance. The seller, Meridian Real Estate Investment, LLC sold the building to Rochester Industrial Associates, LLC/G & M Gutter. Phil Konopitski, senior vice president of brokerage services at Friedman, represented the purchaser in this transaction.
