Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold Veterans Parkway Plaza, a 39,835-square-foot neighborhood retail center at the intersection of Veterans Parkway and Interstate-65 in Clarksville, Ind.
The center is located in the heart of the retail trade area that serves the Louisville metropolitan area north of the Ohio River. Built in 2005 on a 3.21-acre site, the retail center is located across the street from a Wal-Mart Supercenter and Sam’s Club. It is also adjacent to a Lowe’s Home Improvement store.
