Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold Orchard and Telegraph Plaza, a 9,065-square-foot neighborhood retail strip center located at 973-975 Orchard Lake Road in Pontiac, Mich.
The newer-built all-brick center sits on a 0.85-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Telegraph Road and Orchard Lake Road in a highly-developed residential area of Pontiac. The center receives significant traffic draw from one of the highest-grossing Home Depot stores in the Midwest located directly across the street.
Barry Swatsenbarg, national director of investment and loan sale advisory services, and Rich Deptula, senior vice president of investment and loan sale advisory services, both with Friedman, represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
