Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold Vineyards of Englewood Apartments, a 95-unit multi-family community located at 800-840 N. Union Blvd. in the northwest Dayton suburb of Englewood, Ohio.
Currently 91.6-percent occupied, the community was constructed in 1990 and is made up of eight, three-story apartment buildings.
Barry Swatsenbarg, national director of investment and loan sale advisory services, and Rich Deptula, senior vice president of investment and loan sale advisory services at Friedman, represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
