Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold Coachman’s Cove, a manufactured home community at 6600 Portage Lake Road in Munith, Michigan. Friedman sold the property at auction on July 24.
Coachman’s Cove consists of 245 pads/sites and includes 39 trailers on Big Portage Lake with more than 500 feet of private shoreline/beach. The property comes with many amenities including 24-hour maintenance, community clubhouse, new playground, free storage area, a picnic area on a private beach, recreational facilities and a nearby marina.
