Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has been awarded the leasing and management for the 165,000-square-foot Discovery Centre in Farmington Hills, Mich.
Discovery Centre offers modern high-tech/flex office space in a campus-like setting, with flexible layout options for tenants from 1,000 to 22,000 square feet.
Friedman’s Commercial Management division has begun work on Discovery Centre, enhancing and improving the landscaping, power washing the exterior facades and detailing the interior tenant spaces for occupancy.
