NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokers Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely and Jason Makowski represented Knapp Corner Development, LLC in the sale of seven acres of land at 3100 Knapp Street NE in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to American Kendall Properties, LLC for the development of a 200-unit apartment complex.
Doug Todd of Berkshire Hathaway represented American Kendall Properties. This is American Kendall’s first land acquisition here in West Michigan.
“There are very few apartment communities in this area, so we anticipate this being a well-received addition to the Knapp Corner area’s residential offerings,” said Wisinski-Rosely.
