Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions was recently chosen as the manager of the historic Ford Building, a 23-story office building at 615 Griswold St. in Detroit
The Ford Building, located at the northwest corner of Griswold and Congress, is Detroit’s second-oldest skyscraper and is located in the heart of downtown Detroit’s financial district.
The building offers 24-hour banking, a conferencing facility, convenience store, on-site management and a restaurant.
