Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 7,151 square feet of office space located at Wilshire Plaza West in Troy, Mich.
The landlord, West Huron Joint Venture, leased the space to GSA – USA – IRS. Wilshire Plaza West is managed by Finsilver Friedman Management Corporation, a Friedman Company.
Steve Eisenshtadt, vice president, along with Keith Grebinski, vice president of Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc., represented the landlord in this transaction.
