Alan Stern, a vice president at Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, and Michele Rosenblum, vice president at CORE Partners, negotiated the pair of leases for Crunch Fitness’s first two Michigan locations.
The two leases include a 25,000-square-foot building at 35705 Warren Road, in Westland, Michigan, and a 20,000-square-foot fitness center at 41941 Garfield Road, in Clinton Township, Michigan.
