Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Friedman Real Estate announced the opening of a new Chicago regional office located at 700 N. Green Street. With the opening of this office, Friedman now has five regional office locations from which it services a commercial portfolio spread across 29 states.
Jared Friedman, manager of investments and opportunities, will head up this office and be responsible for overseeing the company’s brokerage, management and investment operations in Illinois and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Friedman, Jared served as a senior associate at Origin Investments in Chicago where he was responsible for commercial real estate investments located in the Denver, Dallas, Charlotte and Chicago markets. Prior to joining Origin, Jared worked as a financial analyst at Equity Office Properties (now EQ Office) in Chicago.
