Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently earned the leasing duties at 440 E. Congress Street, a key office building in Detroit.
Steve Eisenshtadt, vice president of brokerage services, is the leasing broker for the 80,000-square-foot building located in the Detroit Central Business District. Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services recently purchased this five-story office building.
The 90-year-old building is just north of the General Motors Headquarters and Renaissance Center. It is also a short distance from Campus Martius Park, Greektown, the Detroit Riverfront and Chrysler Freeway. In addition to its convenient location, 440 E. Congress Street has its own 120-car on-site parking garage, attractive skylight atrium, roof deck for outdoor activities and building security.
