Friedman Finance recently arranged a loan secured by a 14,000-square-foot mixed-use building in Detroit.
Ryan Denomme, director of Friedman Finance, originated the loan through a local bank.
The property is located within a Detroit neighborhood that is just starting to experience the growth in property values that other areas of the city have realized, Denomme said. The biggest challenge in securing the financing was finding a lender that understood the location and the ownership group, he said.
