Friedman Real Estate recently signed a new lease for 6,117 square feet of Class-A office space at the Burns & Wilcox building at 119 State St. in Detroit.
Steve Eisenshtadt, Andrew Bower and Jordan Friedman negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.
The tenant, Interior Environments, has launched the nation’s first minority-owned office furniture dealership.
