AGC Automotive Americas, the new tenant, is one of the largest manufacturers of glass and glass-related products in North America, offering a range of glazing solutions for commercial, residential, interior and industrial applications, as well as innovative products for the automotive and electronic display glass markets.
Friedman Real Estate transacted the renewal directly with the tenant.
