Friedman Real Estate’s Jared Friedman and David Gimple completed a 10-year lease extension for 382,019 square feet of office space at North Point Office Tower in Cleveland, Ohio.
The transaction includes 30,622 square feet in the 1001 Building and 351,397 square feet encompassing the entire 901 Building.
The tenant, Jones Day—a 130-year-old global law firm headquartered in Cleveland—will continue its long-standing presence at the landmark two-building complex.
Friedman represented the landlord in this transaction and also provides property management services for the North Point Tower.
