Friedman Real Estate’s Greg Hornby recently closed the sale of a 40,414-square-foot industrial building at 26111 Northline Road in Taylor, Michigan.
Friedman represented both the seller and purchaser in the transaction.
The purchaser, Tiger Auto Parts, has been serving automotive businesses since 2001. It is the second-largest importer and distributor of aftermarket automotive collision parts in North America.
