Friedman Real Estate recently leased the 40,000-square-foot Tennis Center in Grosse Ile Township, Michigan.
Friedman’s Greg Hornby represented the tenant, Island Athletics Group, LLC, which will be opening a full-service fitness and recreation facility.
The facility will be open to the public.
