Friedman Real Estate’s Andrew Bower, Steve Eisenshtadt and Peter Jankowski completed the sale of the former First Independence Bank building at 100 Michigan Ave. in Detroit.
Friedman represented the seller in this transaction. The 20,756-square-foot retail building sold for $3.875 million.
