Friedman Real Estate recently leased 1,200 square feet of office space to Plote Construction, Inc. at the Spectrum Office Centre in Lincolnshire.
Plote Construction, Inc. is a family-owned business with more than 50 years of experience in heavy-highway contracting throughout the Chicago land area.
Friedman’s Kellen Duggan advised the tenant in the transaction. Kellen has been a specialist in retail and office investment sales throughout the Chicago city and suburban markets since 2011.
