Peter Jankowski of Friedman Real Estate recently sold a portfolio of multifamily properties in Detroit, Michigan.
Located along Cabot Street and Carson Street at Vernor Highway, the portfolio is made up of 10 apartment buildings containing a total of 110 units.
Friedman’s Jankowski advised both parties in the transaction.
