This 114,000-square-foot building is part of the larger 1.4-million-square-foot North Troy Corporate Park.
Jordan Friedman and Robert Gagniuk transacted the deal on behalf of Friedman Real Estate.
Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation, established in 1952, purchased the property. During the company’s 70 years, it has grown to become a top paint-finishing supplier and turn-key supplier of industrial systems, custom HVAC, mechanical systems, controls and electrical power distribution.
