Michigan-based Friedman Real Estate has been selected to manage and lease the Victor Center in Southfield, Michigan, by the property’s new ownership team.
Located at 27400 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Victor Center is a 127,194-square-foot office complex that was previously owned and occupied by accounting firm Plante Moran.
With the addition of this project to its portfolio, Friedman now manages more than 6.6 million square feet of space in the Oakland County market. Portfolio Manager Bruce VanDike will be overseeing the management and maintenance of the property. Friedman’s Robert Gagniuk will handle all leasing responsibilities.
