Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold Shops on Nine, an 11,250-square-foot retail center at 13805-13841 W. Nine Mile in Oak Park, Michigan.
The seller, Shops on Nine LLC, sold the center to Oak Park Shops, LLC.
Ryan Cohn with Friedman represented both the seller and the purchaser in this transaction, and will remain as the retail center’s leasing agent.
The buyer’s plans for the investment property include structural and mechanical upgrades, façade improvements and making 3,000 square feet of raw space white-boxed and rent-ready.
