Friedman Real Estate sold Gault Village Marketplace, a 160,000-square-foot redevelopment site at 1005-1075 Emerick Street in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Gault Village Realty, LLC sold the site to GV, LLC.
Steven Silverman, an associate of investment advisory services at Friedman, represented both the seller and buyer in this transaction.
Silverman said that the transaction took more than a year to finalize, with several municipal matters needing to be resolved prior to closing.
