Friedman Real Estate recently sold Alpena Mall, a 182,975-square-foot regional shopping mall at 2380 US Highway south in Alpena, Michigan.
Anchor stores include JC Penney, Dunham’s Sports and Shoe Dept. Cocoa Capital Corporation sold the building to Molla, Investments, LLC.
